As soon as the evenings start to draw in and there’s a chill in the air, I go straight into cosy mode. The candles come out, the fluffy blankets get draped everywhere, and the hot chocolate supplies suddenly double. But my favourite part? Switching up the bedding for something warm and comforting.

There’s nothing quite like climbing into a freshly made bed with soft sheets and a thick, toasty duvet when it’s cold outside. That’s why I love these gorgeous winter bedding sets from Terrys. They’ve got that perfect seasonal vibe with woodland scenes, deep cosy colours and super soft textures.

Brushed Cotton Comfort

If there’s one fabric that screams winter, it’s brushed cotton. It’s soft, breathable, and has that snuggly, lived-in feel that makes you want to curl up and never get out of bed.

One of my absolute favourites this year is the Lodge Wood Brushed Cotton Duvet Cover Set in Oak Green. The pattern is cute and rustic. I absolutely love the woodland lodge vibes and the green tones are perfect for this time of year. It also has a neutral checked reverse so that you can swap and change sides when you fancy.
Add a chunky knit throw and a few scatter cushions, and you’ve got the perfect winter bedroom setup.

A Woodland Touch of Whimsy

If you prefer something a little more playful and festive, the Fusion Christmas Woodland Animals Sherpa Reverse Duvet Cover Set is just gorgeous. Don’t be put off by the name, it’s not just for Christmas! The woodland animal design fits beautifully with autumn décor, and the sherpa reverse makes it incredibly soft and warm.

It’s one of those sets that makes you want to snuggle in with a book and a cup of tea while the rain taps on the window. Perfect for family movie nights, lazy Sundays, or just adding a little fun to your seasonal bedding.

Once you’ve got your new bedding on, flick on a lamp, grab a cuppa, and queue up your favourite show. The only thing you will have to worry about is being able to drag yourself out of bed the next morning when you’re super toasty!

  1. This looks very comfy. It’s so hard to find quality products that hold up well when it comes to bedsets these days, it’s nice to read about ones other folks have tried and recommend! Thank you for sharing your review.

  2. I have changed the quilt for a jewel coloured floral and added flanalette sheets which were not easy to buy but are super cosy and not needed to up the tog rating.
