Morning lovelies, and welcome to another MMBC! Thanks so much for joining in last week. It’s been a bit of a busy one here. I’ve been having a bit of a declutter since we moved in. We brought a lot of stuff with us that we didn’t really need so that is now bagged up for the charity shops.
I’ve also had a good deep clean for when our new sofas arrive tomorrow. I’m not sure cream is a good choice with two kids and a Rottweiler, who’s hair can be found everywhere. We will see!
The garden also needed some TLC after the latest storm kindly blew a tree down and scattered leaves and branches everywhere. Amidst all that chaos, I still managed to sneak in a little crafting, which felt like such a nice pause before diving into another busy week!
How was your weekend?

Let’s Get Linking Up

HOW THIS LINKY WORKS (NEW MEMBERS PLEASE READ)
Welcome to the Monday Morning Blog Club!
If you’re new here, a big warm welcome to our lovely group! Monday Morning Blog Club is a weekly link-up for bloggers to share their blog homepages.
Just pop your blog’s homepage link below, and our friendly community will visit and choose which posts they’d like to read and comment on. (Please don’t link to individual blog posts — homepage links only!)
We kindly ask that you take a moment to visit and comment on at least a couple of other blogs. It’s all about sharing the love and supporting each other.
I’ll be visiting everyone’s blogs over the next couple of days, and I can’t wait to have a read! This is a fantastic way to boost your blog’s visibility, discover amazing content, and make new friends along the way.
Winner winner, chicken dinner!
It sounds like the decluttering has gone well. Good luck with the new sofas. We had cream one’s when my girls were a lot younger and they fared well. I think it was because I always had it in the back of my mind they were cream so kept things that could stain away.
The storm was rotten wasn’t it! We lost another fence panel. lol There’s only about 4 old one’s to be replaced until we have a totally new fence. x
The storm was a lot worse than I expected! It was so windy, wasn’t it! I don’t know how people cope in other countries with these huge hurricanes.
Hope you get your fence sorted! x
Decluttering must be in the air, doing a bit here as well! Best of luck with getting all settled with the new sofas, and have a great week ahead.
Good luck with the decluttering, Melynda and have a lovely week too! 🙂
I hope the cream sofas work out well! Though I’m not sure there is a perfect color or material for furniture with kids and pets around.
Thanks, Joanne! I might be regretting my life choices right now! 😬
I hope the storm damage can be cleaned up easily. So good to hear that you found some time for crafting and relaxing. Think positive about the new sofa, and it will be fine. Messes are a part of life, I think. *smile*
