Monday Morning Blog Club 24/6/24

A white desk top with a lovely bunch of white chrysanthemums the the left. There is also an open laptop with a pen, notebook and a pair of glasses.

Happy Monday and welcome to this week’s #MMBC. Thank you so much for linking up last week, I enjoyed catching up with everyone.
I hope you had a nice weekend. We’ve finally finished decorating and switching the two living rooms. That’s one big thing ticked off the to-do list. I’ve also got my weigh-in this morning at slimming group, so fingers crossed I get my one-and-a-half stone award. I’ve been soooo good (wish me luck!)
Then it’s off to an appointment for my eldest and the rest of the day catching up with work.
What are you up to?

Feature Of The Week

This week’s feature is Anne and her post – My Top 5 Books For Mental Health. I think it’s so important that we talk out loud about our mental health. Anne has shared a really helpful round-up of books that will hopefully help someone needing a little support.
Please do pop by for a read if you haven’t already.

Have a great week!

  3. It is interesting that our mental health is NOT one we speak of, sadly. I saw it in my residents while an Administrator in Assisted Living, and the toll it took on those who could not speak up. I hope the stigma of honest communication is ending…

    PS thank for hosting.
