Hi everyone! Hope you all had a good week last week?

I think I am finally ready for Christmas now, I’m ready for the break that’s for sure! Are you ready? Do you have the delightful shop to do before Chrimbo? Kim from Northumberland Mam shared some good tips for surviving shopping with kids in tow. Did you have a little one playing a part in the school nativity? Sian from The Mama Story watched her little girl Seren at the local church, what a beautiful little Angel! And it wouldn’t be Christmas without a good old panto! “Oh no it wouldn’t!” sorry about that! haha, you can check out My First Panto: Cinderella over on Tara’s blog, After The Rain.

I’m finally getting over this bloody cold and so are the boys, so perfect timing for the big day. Although I couldn’t have been cheered up more on Friday morning, as I received a lovely parcel. My lovely friend Kim, who most of you will know as Northumberland Mam, sent across a parcel of pressies both for my birthday which is Christmas Eve (Christmas baby) and Christmas gifts for us all. It was such a lovely thought, I was truly blown away, Kim is just the best!

Well before we get to the link up, I want to let you guys know that this will be the last #MMBC until the new year. We are all obviously going to be spending some well deserved and much needed time with our families, so the #MMBC kettle will be turned off until 2nd January.  I want to thank every single one of you for making this linky the best and for joining in last week! I am so grateful for the effort you all put in to link up and comment each week, I really do appreciate it and thank you all for sticking around. Here’s to many more awesome #mmbc link ups in 2017!

  2. Have a great Christmas break! I know I’m ready for one! 🙂 I am working on a beaut of a cold or virus of some sort too. In fact I’m making an appointment today to see if something else is going on in my chest. Not fun. But after this week I get a few days off so I can’t wait.
All the best to you and your family and thank you for hosting this lovely link-up!
