Happy Monday and welcome to another #MMBC. I hope you’ve all had a lovely weekend. We have been decorating and it’s really not been fun in this heat! I will be mainly sitting by a fan eating ice-cream this week as temps soar. I do have to laugh though, when our friends from across the pond have much hotter weather than us Brits, I think moaning about the weather is our forte haha!

I wouldn’t mind living in a hot country, they have air conditioning! Maybe it will something built in with our new builds now the world is getting hotter. I haven’t suffered too much so far, I just don’t go out much, and if it gets too hot indoors, I sit in the garden for 10 mins and suddenly my living room feels a lot cooler!! I’ve been thinking a lot about Lisa, if she’s reading I hope she knows how much we care, and if you are in touch, please send her my love. xx
Yes, air con would be amazing. Our house is in full sun for most of the day and I don’t know if being right on the canal just reflects the heat even more? But it gets super hot.
I think of Lisa often too. I wish I could wave a magic wand and everything be OK. It’s so sad.
She knows we are all there for her. xx

I hope you are staying cool. Decorating in this heat is no fun at all. We do like to moan about the weather. All winter it’s too cold and now it’s too hot. We’re never pleased. lol

I have heard temps across our country are supposed to be brutal this week with temps in the south and west reaching triple digits! It makes me almost thankful that our highs are in the 90’s this week… and thank goodness for air conditioning!
