I was after something to display some of the family photos without clogging spaces up with endless frames, so I decided to use some paper letters and make them into a photo collage of all my favourite snaps.
I popped to Hobbycraft and chose their Paper Mache ‘Love’ Kit 20 cm for a very reasonable £7.00 and then got a little tester pot of B&Q Colours premium paint Inca £1.24.
Once home I printed lots of my favourite family snaps in black and white.
Painted the edges of my letters ready to start sticking the images on with PVA Glue.
I left it to dry for a couple of hours and then mounted them on my shelf with a little blue tack underneath to secure into place.
Now I can enjoy all of my favourite snaps whilst I work away!

Oh wow this is a brilliant idea! I wish I could just think of ideas like this. This is definitely something I would love in the living room.
