Music is in my blood and has been a part of my life since I was born. It’s so hard to limit myself to choosing five tracks because they change regularly depending on my mood! At this point in time though, the five that I would like to share with you are:
Leonard Cohen – Hallelujah
I find this a very relaxing tune which you can really immerse yourself in. Perfect for almost any occasion.
Coldplay – Fix You
I am a huge fan of Coldplay and it’s nearly impossible for me to pick just one track that stands out, but I do love Fix You. It moves me every time I hear it.
Bill Haley & His Comets – Rock Around The Clock
Although not the original, this version never fails to get me and my family dancing around our living room!
Queen – We Will Rock You
Surely one to get everyone on their feet throwing their arms around is this one, and I’m no exception! Sure to get me in a good mood whenever I hear the first bar playing over the airwaves.
Tina Turner – Proud Mary
The soul, the rhythm, the passion that comes through in this song embodies so much of what I love about music. This version is Tina performing with the fabulous Beyoncé.

Some great tunes here, a great idea for a post though as there are some amazing songs out there.
Fix You is a real favourite of mine for sentimental reasons, it reminds me of a time in my life when I really needed to hear those words.
