Royal Blood – Lights Out
Thank you Miss. L for now wanting to listen to Radio 1! Thanks to them I have discovered Royal Blood and I am loving them and in particular this track, what can I say, it’s brilliant!
Twenty One Pilots – Heathens
Totally blaming the other half for this one, not really, although if he hadn’t introduced us to Suicide Squad, I wouldn’t have a flipping clue who Twenty One Pilots are, I mean, I’m 46, I’m not supposed to like this!
Clean Bandit – Symphony
Clean Bandit have yet to do something I don’t like, but for me this particular track is just beautiful.
Oasis – Don’t Look Back in Anger
I had this album years ago and played it non stop. This was always my favourite track, but it has even more meaning now, for all of us.
Gotye – Somebody That I Used to Know
Ok so confession time! This is a bit of cheat because I’m not actually listening to this at the moment, but I loved this when it was out and it is
my favourite cover that my rather handsome man and his band do and given the number of gigs I’ve been to of late, I feel justified in including it ?

Ahh! I had forgotten all about that Gotye song. I used to love it. x
I do have a lot of music stored on my old iPod, Yes I have a G5 iPod (The last of that iPod Generation before the iPod Touch came out) with the old type connector. I wouldn’t part with that iPod for all the Gold in the World (well, maybe just a bit of Gold maybe). I have all of my Queen collection. Brian Adams. All the Bon Jovi albums ever released. To say I have a lot of Music is an understatement.
I am a big Ed Sheeran fan and I love his music a LOT. Looking at the music on my iPad, I have OneRepublic, Emeli Sande and quite a lot of Audio books.

Totally agree with ‘don’t look back in anger’ I’ve seen them live a few times and this was always one of the best performances, I can’t listen to it now without being reminded of the Manchester bombings (no bad thing). I also love Clean Bandit and Symphony is a beautiful song. Great choices Lisa. Xx

Love that Gotye track! I was a fan of Twenty One Pilots – Holding On To You but I can’t seem to get into any of their other stuff for some reason.
