Welcome to this weeks Knowing Me Knowing You Aha! Every week we feature either a blogger or reader sharing ten random facts about themselves. They can be serious, strange or damn right weird! If you missed last weeks feature then don’t worry you can catch up with that here – Becki The Mum From Brum
This week we have Chez who writes over at Mummy Of 5 Miracles.
Over to you Chez!

1 Despite the fact I now have 5 kids, I was told at the age of 19 that I wouldn’t be able to have children. After attempting and failing with fertility treatment I decided that there were plenty of children out there who needed a loving family home and I would adopt instead. 6 months later I was pregnant naturally!
2 I enjoy singing, I think I sound alright but nothing special. I can hold a tune so that’s a bonus right?
3 I spent my late teen years working in holiday parks. The first couple of years were spent as an entertainer. I used to sing, dance, DJ compere, run kids clubs. Was inside those big fluffy characters and I loved every second of it.
4 I was horrifically bullied as a teen at school and it deeply affected my confidence and even now means I struggle around bigger characters despite being a very big character myself.
5 I am completely and utterly Christmas obsessed, I love everything about it, the music, the lights, the bad weather, the films, books you name it I LOVE it. So much so that all of my friends are constantly tagging me in Christmas things and I sing carols in June!
6 I drink far too much coffee, now I’m going to be honest here if I could afford it that coffee would be wine and probably far too much of it, however, £4 on coffee that lasts a few days seems to be better than £4 on 1 bottle of cheap plonk and a hangover.
7 I suffer from very severe headaches, so much so that I have had 7-8 Lumbar punctures to relieve the pressure and take daily medication for them.
8 The gym used to be like a forbidden land where only the young and slim went. Now it’s my most frequented place! I have become totally addicted to it. I go for 2 days then have 1 rest day, 2 days then 1 rest day and so on and on my rest day I’m itching to go. I’m still fat though!
9 I live in whats classed as the worst area of my hometown. In fact it’s known as deprived and run down. However since I moved here in January I have loved it, made plenty of new friends and just the other day one of my neighbours hired a bouncy castle and let all the kids in the street on it. Not bad for an area full of nothings but drug users and crime eh?
10 I struggle to make friends, actually no that is a complete lie I don’t struggle to make friends I struggle to keep them! I am very genuine and honest and people tend to not like that. I recently did some soul searching as quite a few people close to me disappeared but I discovered I actually like being me. At least everyone knows where they stand and I would rather be too honest than lie.

I reckon it’s a rare thing to be able to say you like yourself, so definitely stay true to who you are. By the way, I’d have picked the wine!
Aww that’s so lovely that you successfully had five children 🙂 Being who you are is most important – friends should love you for who you are!
I’m so nosey, this is a fun feature. Good for you with the gym – and fitting that in with 5 kids as well – how do you do it?! Kate http://www.fivelittlestars.com
I’m a complete coffee addict as well – although it probably causes me headaches more than anything! We live in an area of the city which isn’t meant to be ‘desirable’ but the neighbours are awesome and I love it here. Goes to show postcode isn’t everything!
I identify with Chez so much. I was told I wouldn’t have children at age 19 and within the next 10 months I ended up being pregnant. I love all the facts, such a great and personal post.

I loved reading this. I used to do children’s entertainment and mascot work, you are right, it is fun!
Congratulations on five children and showing the doctors they were wrong. Miracles indeed and I’m sure you treasure them!
