We love playing games in our house, in fact the toy room has quite a collection now. I think it’s a great way to spend some quality time together as a family and it’s a good laugh too! We have recently been playing the Dig In! Game by Drumond Park.
Dig In! £19.99 Age 8+

What is the aim of the game?
Players have to race against time to ‘dig in’ the bowl and find the playing pieces on their cards. The player who completes their set first is the winner!
You can choose whether you want to play the colour match round where you need to find not only the matching piece, but the matching colour too. Or you can use the black and white side of the card and find the objects in any colour.

The first player presses the timer and has only 15 seconds using both hands to find as many pieces on their card as they can. If nobody gets a full set, then all players dig in together using one hand until somebody completes their set.
It’s frantic, it’s mad, it’s fun!
Even though the game has a recommended age of 8+, Jayden who is almost seven, picked up the games rules with ease. In fact he put us to shame!

Check out the concentration on that little face!

Where’s the yellow button?

Ha! Found it.

We have had loads of fun playing this game together and will no doubt dig in some more!

This looks and sounds like a fab game for all the family x
I wonder if it’s just 8+ because of the parts? This is similar to something my 3 year old plays and loves. We are big game fans too. So much fun for the family.
Oh that looks like so much fun. I can imagine the panic as the timer gets hear it’s end time. Loads of fun for all the family. And great prize too. I’m off to enter x
This game looks loads of fun 🙂 We do through little phases of board games and the kids would like this
Ahh, I think the simplicity of this game is what helps it to work! Plus it’s great for getting the brains working under the guise of play. Love it!

That’s an unusual game. It’s nice to have a fast and frantic game to balance out all the strategy and thinking ones.
What a fun giveaway. My kids would enjoy playing with these.
This game sounds like so much fun. I love that it’s a bit different too
This looks lots of fun. I’m sure my daughter would love it x
