Monday Morning Blog Club

Hello you gorgeous lot! Hope you have all had a fantabidozy week last week and an even more awesome weekend.

Here we are again for another #MMBC! Thanks for joining in with last week’s blog club.

Well I hit the diet wagon today! Only this time I am on a new journey with the Cambridge diet.

I met my consultant Julia on Saturday who is lovely and I am now really excited to have found something that suits me. It consists of drinking a lot more water than I normally do, so this will be me for the upcoming weeks……

I had some really good news last week as some of you know, I got the all clear with my sarcoidosis! I had my lung function tests on Thursday and almost got 100% on nearly every test. I was so relieved, as I was so unsure of what results to expect after being so ill. It seems I only have acute sarcoid not chronic. So the longer I go without having another bout, the less chance of it ever returning.

Now enough of me banging on, lets link up all of these lovely blogs.

  1. Wishing you health and happiness. I’ve cut out all fizzy and juice/squash since my diagnosis with Type 2. I think it’s made a difference. #mmbc

  2. I *am* dieting sort of.. but with weddings, holidays and birthdays it’s all fallen by the wayside! Good luck with yours, I hope all goes well for you 🙂 and I’m glad your tests went well, must be a relief.

  3. Great news on getting the all clear. Good luck with the Cambridge diet. I’m desperate to start a diet and health plan and actually stick to something X
