AD – Gifted items for an Easter craft project
I really do love this time of year. Spring has awoken and the garden is blooming with colour. The birds are merrily chirping away and busy building their nests, it truly is a lovely season.
Followed closely by Easter, children parade in their wonderful Easter bonnet creations and shop shelves are laden with every chocolate egg imaginable!
We love doing crafts and here are some Easter craft ideas for the home that we have come up with, thanks to a little help from Hobbycraft.
Table centrepieces are a new love of mine. I’ve started to do one for each season and the kids really love them! I think this Easter themed feature is so cute with the bunny sitting on a pretty garden surrounded by picket fencing. I used fake grass for the garden and sprinkled little colourful flowers on top. I stuck a daisy to the bunny’s hands and my boys placed some speckled eggs on the garden to finish. So easy to do and only took about 10 minutes to create!
Sun Catchers
We have had many sun-catchers over the years. They are inexpensive, my boys enjoy painting them and they make great keepsakes afterwards.
This little Easter scene is an ideal size to pop on your shelf or display on the mantelpiece. The lazer cut wooden shapes slot onto a wooden base. We chose pretty pastel colours to paint our Easter scene.
Wreaths seem to be becoming seasonal too. I’ve seen spring wreaths, Easter ones, autumn ones and of course Christmas ones. I love the colours on this bunny shaped wreath and you needn’t worry if you are not all that keen on crafts as this is pre-decorated for you!

I haven’t had any time for Easter crafts yet this year, but maybe I’ll get some done when my niece & nephew visit over the Easter holidays.

We love doing Easter crafts at our house, these sets look really easy to do and not very messy which is a huge bonus. I really like the wreath, I’ve been thinking of getting one for each season and this would be perfect for spring. #MMBC

These are lovely ideas. Have only made sun catchers before with tissue paper between acetate so would love to try the painted ones
