I love setting new goals and planning things to do together as a family. That’s why each year I make up a bucket list filled with fun activities to look forward to. We ticked off quite a few things on our 2018 bucket list and I have carried some across that we still need to smash.
Here is what our 2019 bucket list looks like!

I love bucket lists as they are a great way to try out something new, live a little out of your comfort zone and encourage you to get out there and discover new places. There are a few things on here that we have already done but loved it so much that we are doing it all over again.
Another biggy for me this year is that I turn 40! I don’t know why but I am absolutely dreading that one! When I turned 30 it wasn’t so bad, but the thought of this year being the last year in my 30’s is a little unnerving. I suppose age is just a number though hey! So not only do we have the bucket list to work through, I have my 40 things before 40 list coming soon too.
Do you have a bucket list for this year? I would love to hear all about your plans in the comments.
Good luck! I hope you get to do everything this year!
hahaha! I turn 40 before you! I’m quite looking forward to it. It’s a good excuse for a party and to get spoilt. x
Life passes you by so quick I am going to try to take more time out for me
Scotland is on my bucket list too – would love a long weekend in Edinburgh x
Great goals for 2019.
What a great bucket list. This makes me want to do one of my own. There are so many things I want to do it would be good to write them all out.
Oh wow, I just love your listm this makes me think of writing a new list. I would love to have more travel this year.
Going to Scotland is one of my list too. There are so much thing on your list that I want to add mine.
I would love to visit Stonehenge, too! Hope you’ll be able to tick off everything from this list before the year ends! 🙂
You have some very nice items on your 2019 wish list. I would like to get to Scotland this year, maybe in summer. It would be lovely to do a toad trip all the way up North, to the Isle of Sky.
This is a great list. Stonehenge was on my list last year. It was so fun!
I’m doing a bucket list with my dogs this year. It will
be dedicated to them!
I love bucket lists and make one for each season, they are so much fun to put together. Visiting Scotland is high on my list of places I really want to visit. Don’t dread being 40, it’s not that bad and you get spoilt on your birthday as it’s a big one ! #MMBC
We have a summer bucket list, but I have never thought about doing one at the start of each year. How funw ould it be to do this and get the kids involved! great post!
I turn 40 this year as well and I am NOT Happy about it. I am still in denial, I think LOL.
I would love to travel this year as much as I can. Travelling is always fun!
It sounds like you are going to be kept busy this year. I considered creating a family bucket list but as soon as I asked my eldest what she’d like to do this year it was clear that wasn’t going to happen. How can a 3 year old not come up with anything they’d like to do?
Love all of these ideas. I like the idea of going on a boat with the family. That’s something we haven’t done with the baby yet.
Looks like a great lixt! 40’s not so bad. Just another decade of knowledge, right? At least that’s what I tell myself.
#MMBC
Good luck with your bucket list – I keep meaning to put one together for us. I turned 40 last year, it’s not that bad and it really is just a number! #MMBC
These are great things to have on your bucket list for 2019! I would love to go on a family vacation to the beach this year. Thanks for sharing!
I really want to make a definite bucket list this year too! I feel like I’m always saying places and thinking to myself I want to go there and then completely forgetting everywhere. I love your list! Glamping is definitely on mine too!
