Having recently moved into our new house, we have so many plans to put our mark on the place. From the kitchen, which is almost done and next up will be the bathroom. Our bathroom is so outdated and let’s just say the colour scheme is an acquired taste! With shades of dark green and orange tiles, finished off with yellow walls. It really is quite vile. I can’t wait to get started on our new design and here are a few things on my wish-list.
Flooring
We have a beige like lino down at the moment, which will be coming up. I would much prefer some wooden flooring which is water resistant and anti-slip. I am going to tie the colour of the flooring in with the new bath panel and units.
Bathroom Suite
There will be no need for a full suite as we are keeping the bath. We have quite a large enamel one which I really quite like, so that will be staying. I will hopefully be replacing the toilet and sink and having them as a combination unit to save space. Our bathroom is quite small so the unit will be ideal.
Accessories
Then there are the accessories to finish off. I would love a nice mirror above the combination unit along with a laundry basket from Cox & Cox. I love their range and think they will fit in perfectly with my planned theme.
So that is it. All we need to do now is get started! I will be posting an update as soon as we are on it.
