Pop the onion, garlic and ginger in a food processor to make a paste.
Spray a deep frying pan with low-calorie cooking spray and place over medium heat. Heat the beef mince until brown and remove from pan. Then repeat with the turkey mince. Fry the onion paste for a minute or so and then stir in the curry powder and cook for a minute.
Crumble the stock cube over the mix, add both minces to the pan, and add tomatoes and a tin full of water. Simmer for 15-20 mins, add peas and season.
Moving on to the mash. Boil potatoes with turmeric for 8-12 minutes. Drain well and leave to steam dry in the pan. Mash in yoghurt and season.
Pre-heat oven to 220°C/fan-assisted oven 200°C/gas 7.
Place mince into 4 individual oven-proof pie dishes and then top with mash. Spray lightly with low-calorie cooking spray.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden.
Serve with yoghurt and steamed veg.
