Geography always pops up in our home schooling. We love learning all about new cultures and different facts around the world. And thanks to the lovely people from Lonely Planet we were able to use some of their books in our session.
Starting with their fab Pop up books.
There are three in this collection.
Pop Up New York, Paris and London.
Make cities come alive and introduce children to some of the worlds most recognisable landmarks, from classic icons to modern must sees.
Each book has lovely illustrations, fun facts and six vibrant pop ups. Perfect for introducing these cities to children of any age.
You can purchase these books for £5.99 each.
They also have some fab activity books in their range.
We have been trying out the My Family Travel map.
This folds out into a huge map and includes loads of stickers.
You can put stickers where you have visited around the world, what animals live where, what the weather is like in different countries, what transport you have used and so on.
This activity book costs £9.99 and there are also My Travel Journal £8.99 and Boredom Buster Games for the road £7.99 in this range.
Fin out more over at Lonely Planet Kids.
